06. new futures built on old foundations won’t work
Hey friends,
In this episode, we explore why many of us are trying to build new futures while clinging to outdated parts of our identity. Through the lens of the Five of Wands and Page of Swords, we examine the sticky, chaotic energy many are experiencing while simultaneously trying to discover their authentic selves.
We discuss how external pressures and limited resources can create an environment where everyone is fighting for basic needs, leading to a collective experience of tension and agitation. This "sticky energy" affects us all, but we don't have to carry it.
Using real-life examples, like a life coach discovering her true path lay elsewhere, we explore how holding onto old identities can block us from recognising and living our truth. The episode examines why we often resist letting go of career paths, relationships, or identities we've invested in, even when they no longer serve us.
Through the Hierophant card, we question whose voices we're listening to and why. While external guidance can be valuable, we're reminded that our own inner guidance system is our most reliable truth compass. The episode concludes with practical suggestions for discovering your truth through curiosity and stillness.

Hey, welcome back to Sunflowers and Stars: Intuitive Tarot for the Collective with me. Fiona Fletcher Reid, just want to start by saying thank you, as always, for joining me, and thank you for being here with me on this journey, this season of life where I'm channeling messages on a podcast, it sounds I love listening to other people do this kind of thing, and I don't really question, you know, when I find the person that I have vibe with, I don't question their talents or their abilities. I just like, feel like we're on the same frequency and but I just wanted to let you know that I still feel really, I still am filled with a lot of kind of self doubt and fear when I sit down to record these episodes.
So thank you so much to everyone who has left a positive review or has sent me a message on Instagram to say that it's resonating. Because honestly, all that stuff really helps, and it really, really helps make the podcast better, because it just helps me open up a little bit more and say things that maybe I have subconsciously been holding back with. I just, I'm just really aware that I've got a lot of growth still to do in this area, and that I'm really new to not only the world of tarot and spirituality, but also the world of activism and trying to be anti-racist and anti-capitalist and all this stuff that I should have been, I feel like I should have been for a long time. So really appreciate all your comments, but also appreciate that I and all of us still have a lot of work to do.
So yeah, just coming into the space feeling really grateful and really glad that I've made it to December, and that also this week is my birthday. So my birthday is on December 17. I will be turning 38 years old. If you would like to give me a birthday gift, then a great birthday gift would be to leave a review of the podcast. That would be really kind of you. It would really help the podcast get seen by more people spread the word. And if you want to delve a little bit deeper with me. Of course, you can also join the Patreon, where I'm releasing bonus episodes. But let's get into the episode today. Shall we do our Energy Update?
When I was working on the kind of the brand image, I guess, of sunflowers and stars, one of the phrases that kept coming up for me was, trust your truth, because this is something that I have struggled with a lot since coming out. Oh, for those of you who don't know, I came out as a lesbian two years ago and almost three years ago, wow, that's crazy. And I came out after having really just kept that a secret from myself for my whole life. So it wasn't like I was gay and keeping it a secret I just didn't really know until one day I knew. So learning to trust my truth is something that I have been have been having to learn basically ever since that so for the last three years, trying to navigate, how do I know that my thoughts and my feelings and my desires are true? Because I lived my whole life thinking that I was straight, thought that that was my truth. And then all of a sudden, a new layer, a more truer truth, seemed to reveal itself. So for that reason, the trust your truth, kind of mission, like that's part of the mission of sunflowers and stars is to help you trust your truth. And Tarot has been really helpful for me. It's been a really great practice to allow me to see what I see in the cards, to interpret them in the way that works for me, and to trust that whatever's coming through is my truth. And so I wanted to talk specifically about that in this episode, but we'll get onto that in a second. The energy and I don't know why, but it felt like I wanted to pull two cards.
Normally, I just pull one card to get an idea of where the current energy is at. But I really felt, I felt like I had to pull two. I don't know why I pulled the five of wands. And that is, is such a... it's not aggressive, but there's an energy of you being caught in the crossfire. It might feel like to you right now that there are a lot of conflicting demands in your life, whether it's people who literally need you like you might have dependents that literally need you to help them get dressed and go to school. Or you need to care for them, or it could be in the workplace that maybe you've you're kind of got lots of different departments that all require something from you right now and they're all kind of arguing with each other and struggling to get their message through to you. It just seems like there's a real it's like you're in a crowd. It's like you're in this really loud bustling area, like I'm thinking, I'm thinking of is London, Houston, if any, if you've ever been in London, Houston train station at rush hour, waiting, waiting to find out what platform your train is going to be at. It's so loud, it's so noisy that you can just feel the tension in the air, even though everyone's got a train ticket, everyone's going to get on their train. But there's just something in this space that everyone is agitated, everyone is everyone is, like really intensely focused on their own wants and needs and on their own agenda to a certain point, and instead of all working in harmony and working together, they're all working on this individualistic notion that their needs are more important than everyone else's. That's the kind of I'm not saying that everyone in London, Euston is like that, but that has, that is just the energy that's coming through just now, is that, that you kind of feel like your needs, it's like you feel like you have to fight for your basic needs to be met. You're having to fight for every, every little scrap, like I'm seeing maybe, you know, in a pay dispute with with your employer, and having to really fight to get a pay rise that, you know, still is nowhere near the amount of money that you actually need, but you're having to fight just to get us some sort of improvement.
And I guess what I'm seeing is it's that's not an individual experience it as a collective experience, because it feels that everybody in this, you know, I'm seeing it as an organization, but it's all it's the community as a whole. It's the collective. It's within the working space and within, you know, home and family and leisure. It feels like everyone is just maxed out. Everyone is very, very busy. They've got a lot to do, and they've got very little resources, energetic-wise, so as in, like people have low energy, but they also have low resources, as in, they don't have much support from people. They don't have financial stability just feels there's an energy of, it's almost panic. It's panic, and that is that is manifesting quite aggressively.
You know, you might find that people are quite agitated with you at the moment, or you're getting a lot of emails that are very passive-aggressive from people that you work with, and then that's that's setting you off. And then you're being a bit passive-aggressive when you come home and it's, it's really just, it's this energy is so sticky, like, it's, like, it's quite easy to walk into. You could walk into, like a store, like a like a corner shop to buy, like a bottle of water, and you don't even really speak to anyone. You just pay for your drink and leave. But you walk, you walk out, and you've got this, this energy so sticky that it's just like coated you in a layer that then when you pass someone, you pass the energy onto them and so forth.
So it's just, I guess it's really just this. What source is saying is just be aware of that. Be aware of this sticky energy and it comes from, it comes from a real place, okay? It's this isn't we're not here to shame anyone for being under-resourced and overworked. So many of us are in that position, so many of us, and it's not the way we're designed to live. So if this is resultant, and this energy and people you know, and people you love, you know, there's no judgment there. It's just really a kind of source is just saying, be aware of it, and be aware of how sticky it is.
So you might not always be able to stop yourself from going into the place where that energy is quite intense. So for example, if it is in a workplace, you might not be able to choose to not go into that space that's unfortunate. You just know you have to go to work, you have to go in there, you have to speak to people, you have to open your emails. But sources just saying you don't have to take that on, even though it's sticky. Just notice when it's on you and consciously choose to cleanse yourself of that. So whether that's just going to so in Reiki, we do this thing called dry bathing, which, like bathing, sorry, I'm talking accent. So bathing is in, like, going for a bath, dry bathing, but you just kind of just kind of as though you were brushing kind of cat hairs off you. Okay, you kind of do that down your body and just kind of ask, ask source to just, just cleanse me of this, this energy. I think that that's something that you could do if you, if you have to go into this kind of space where you're feeling this sticky energy of everyone communicating across purposes, and everyone button up against each other when they're just they're trying to get through the day. You know, when you go to the bathroom could be you just kind of make it part of your ritual that, like, after you've washed your hands, you just kind of like, brush yourself down and say, Okay, getting rid of that energy. And the more you do that, the more you realize that that's not yours, that's not yours, and you don't have to take it on.
So that was card one of the Energy Update. And the other card I pulled was the page of swords. This is telling me that in within this energy that we're that we're that we've just discussed here is you trying your darndest to continue your fight. I know that you've been on a long life, long journey of being pulled out of alignment, being pulled in directions that felt right at the time, and now you look back and you think, no, that that wasn't me. Why? Why did I stay with that person for so many years. Why did I allow myself to be treated that way, or why did I think that way? And you're finding now you are already more self-assured.
You are trusting your truth, which is what we're going to speak about today, and it's not trusting your truth is not it's not an on, off switch. Or maybe, maybe at some point down the line, you know, come back in a year, 234, years, maybe I'll say, Yeah, I've flicked the switch. But I get the sense that trusting your truth isn't going to be like that for most of us, for most of us as a spectrum where sometimes we feel really sure, and sometimes we don't. And it depends on the situation, depends on the day of the week, depends on the hormonal cycle, depends on so many things, but you've got this lovely, youthful, almost puppy dog energy of like, I feel like you can see what life is going to be like for yourself when you when you are able to live a more authentic life, and when that comes from a truth from within. And I know that you've already, you've already discovered so many truths about yourself, and you've been open about some of them, and but I think most of them you've kept to yourself, which is also really nice too. I think there's something really special about having some truths that no one else knows about just the little self-discoveries that you make. You know when you're journaling or when you're trying out new makeup or stuff you just he just realize.
So for example, for me, basically realizing I'm I'm probably never going to wear a dress again. I'll probably just always wear trousers. Now, that's a nice truth to realize about yourself, because it gives me a definite thing to be sure about. And I think that's what you are looking for. You really want to know yourself, and you're starting to get to know yourself. And what's so beautiful is that you actually like what you're finding out you're finding out more about yourself, and you're realizing that you're actually a really love, lovely, lovable, quirky, strong person, and this page of swords energy is, is you coming in with that beautiful, pure energy of like, kind of got a bit of a like, more lust for life than you have had in previous years, even amongst all this Energy. So I guess that's where the two cards perhaps show us their importance. That is, you are aware of having this kind of spark lit within you again, but being in this world that is almost determined to put this spark out. So that's where the current energy is. So just to say that I see you, I see that you are trying to tend to this little spark, and that you are discovering who you are, and that you're starting to make waves and ask yourself some really hard, but ultimately fulfilling questions that are helping. When you evolve into the person that you were always supposed to be, and I know that you will have had some of these aha moments where you will perhaps sit through pool and Tarot or a conversation with a friend, or I'm seeing, I'm seeing you look at old photos of yourself and being like, not even thinking, Oh, I'm not that person anymore, but actually saying, yes, I am still that person.
So maybe looking at pictures of yourself from when you were at school and you had a particular hobby that you kind of forgot you even liked, and now you're like, Man, why did I let that hobby go like that was such a, such an important part of my life for so many years, I don't even remember why I stopped it. So it's like, it's not like you're figuring out who you are, it's like you're remembering who you are. Why that can feel like a struggle for you recently is because of what we spoke about in episode two, which was about dissolving the ego.
If you haven't listened to that episode after this one, go back and listen to it. And we spoke about how I think we pulled the death card for that reading as well, and I've pulled the death card again, so it's definitely a recurring theme for you that parts of your ego are dissolving and withering away, and this is a really difficult thing for your ego to deal with. If you think about your ego as made up of many parts, when one part starts to die, it's understandably scary. It's like, I don't want to lose that part. That part is who I am, and the ego is all about identity, and we find so much safety and identity. You know, whether it's going to the same coffee shop all the time, being a fan of a particular sports team, being part of a certain community or hobbies that you like to do that make you feel like you fit in even something like, like People who wear Lucy and Yak clothing, I feel like that's a big part of their identity, you know, like, that's, like, that's the cool, quirky, eco-friendly people. Like, it's, it says so much about you. I think if you wear Lucy and Yak anyway, this is not, it's not a sponsored podcast episode. It was just trying to illustrate what I mean by identity, if we find so much safety in that so when we lose a part of our identity. Understandably, we do feel quite shaken. We feel unstable because one of the things, like, if you think of like an octopus with all these tentacles in the ground like one of these tentacles has come loose, and that can be really destabilising because we don't really know, should we try and cling on to it? Should we try and double down or, or what a lot of us do is we try and instantly try and replace that part of the ego. And we think, oh, I need to find another hobby to define me.
Or I need to find, you know, if being in a relationship was a really important part of your identity, and then you become single, you will rush to find you might rush to find a partner again, because you just you can't imagine your life without one, and you don't know who you are without a partner. So instead of taking that time to think about who you are, because you are whole without another person, and it can be tempting to just kind of plug that gap with something instead of the right thing. So if you've been wondering about, if you've been kind of curious about this idea of truth, and what, what your true self look and looks and feels like, and what your truest, most aligned life would look like. If you're struggling like you're curious about that, but you're struggling to really envisage it, or to confidently step into that, which is something if you're trying to plan ahead, you know maybe you're. Interested in manifesting, but you don't know what you want to manifest, because you don't really you've kind of, like, what am I into? Like, where would I like to live? Like, what kind of house do I want to have? And what are my business goals, or my career goals? Do I even want a career? Do I want to quit my job and travel? Like, there's so many choices.
There so many choices to build this future or this life. If you've been struggling to, like kind of paint a picture of your future life with any confidence, because nothing feels like it really clicks properly, then it could be related to this ego thing of you're, you're kind of resisting letting go. So you might be building a vision based on that old tentacle that has that is no longer of use, like it's stopped working. It's, it's begging to be let go of, and you're like, No, I am building my future based on this thing. But the more you try to do it, the more it just doesn't work. It's because you have to let go of that old thing.
So let me think of an example. So I know someone who, after maternity leave, they wanted to train as a life coach. They had worked with a life coach and had really great experiences, so they spent, they spent a lot of time and money training as a life coach, and about five or six years later, takes us to now, and she's been trying to build up her business and scale up her business so that she could save up enough money to buy a home, and she had been struggling with it. She's like, nothing seems to be working. I've got, like, a really clear plan, I've got these goals, but there's just been so many hurdles. And it wasn't until she had some time off she went, she ended up, I think, going on holiday for a fortnight, like a surprise kind of holiday. And she went away and she she realized that she didn't want to be a life coach anymore. And this what she kind of communicated to me, was that she realized now that that was why nothing was working. It was because she was trying to make, she was trying to, kind of create a life based on old foundations that no longer felt true. So when she was when she was trying to build her business plan, and she was reaching out to clients. And when she was working with clients, she didn't realize that it was no longer in alignment and that she was showing up with, like, not very good vibes.
Basically, she was showing up with low energy and stuff and and just not connecting with the work in the way that she had done in the year previous. So just an example to let you know that it's a really hard one to come to terms with letting go because she was like, I don't want to like, I sacrificed a lot to get this qualification. You know, I pulled in a lot of favors from people with for child's care and stuff like that, and then for me to just now decide, oh, I'm not going to do it anymore. Feels like her ego took a hit. She was like, I just feel so ashamed. I feel embarrassed. I feel and I feel like I'm that teenage girl who had a hobby for two weeks and then gave up because she got bored. But this is what growth looks like. Growth looks like making the hard choices, and you might actually know exactly what your truth is, but you're not willing to fully admit it, because it involves your ego taking a bit of a bashing, because it probably involves you saying, okay, see all the work I did on this one area of my life and all the plans that I've made, I'm actually not going to do that anymore and see this job title, I've got that I spent 20 years working towards. I've had it for two years, and now I'm like, actually, it doesn't, doesn't really scratch that itch like I thought it would. And that is really scary. So be kind to yourself if you're feeling like you're having to face some of those realities, and if you're having to let go of some of the parts of your identity that have made you feel safe and have made you feel really proud and have made you allowed you to build a life up until now, it's not to say. Any of that has been wrong. It's just been that's just been your path.
I just need you to know that you can change your mind at any point. Please, please do not find yourself in a life and a vocation, in a situation that makes you unhappy just because you put in a lot of work to get there. Please, please, don't feel as though you have wasted your time. The only time wasted is the time after you realize that you want to change, and then you just choose to ignore it and what your truth is trying to tell you. Because a lot of the time, we don't really want to hear our own truth. We say we do, but we resist it. We hold up. We look for anything other than our own internal guidance system. We will Google it. We will look at our horoscope. We will look for spiritual signs. We will ask a friend, we will do a random quiz online to try and find the answer. But what your truth is always there. Your truth is there just waiting as part of your soul. Your truth and your soul are the same thing, and it's always there, and it's always just quietly with you. Your truth is trying to tell you that it's great to consult other people. It's really important to immerse yourself and other people's perspectives. You know, we talk about working as a collective, it's really, really important that you are connected with people in your community, that you have trusted allies that can give you really good advice and can support you as you move through this season of your life. But what your truth wants you to know that there is no one not one single person on this earth. There's not one Archangel. There's not one spirit guide that knows better than your soul. The only guru you need is yourself.
So if you're finding yourself getting caught up and looking for guidance from external systems, you know, if you've built your whole life based on the human design principle, which I do actually think is quite interesting, and I do think that resonates with me quite a lot. But if you've built your whole life of some human design reading that you downloaded five years ago and you followed all the advice, and now where you're at in your life doesn't feel right, then you've got to listen to that voice. There's no external voice or advisor that is going to be sharper and more attuned than your own inner guidance system. And like I said, this doesn't mean or not taking advice from other people or getting guidance on legal matters or it was. This isn't about using your gut above all else. It's about recognizing when you automatically look outside for information that you can only receive from within. You know, should you cease contact with that friend? Should you move your body a bit more? Should you reconnect with childhood passions? These are questions that you can answer from within. If you sit and you get in silence and you allow yourself to settle into the body and begin to read your own energy, there's no Google quiz that can give you that information. It all comes from within.
And so going back to this idea that the energy right now is very chaotic, that there's lots of external voices and people and perhaps organizations that are pulling on you from lots of different directions, and they're all they've all got a different idea of what's important, you know, for talking about being part of an organization, finance, I've got a very particular thing that they think is most important. Of course, they think money is most important. Marketing, their main priority is always going to be marketing, human resources. Their main priority is always going to be people. So it's not that any of these people are wrong, but it's just making you aware that you get to have your own priorities too. They get to have their priorities. You get to have yours, and when you take advice from other people, you must remember that they have their own agendas and they have their own priorities. 90s, it doesn't mean that they are actively trying to harm you or that they're trying to give you false information. It's just something that you need to be aware of that nobody else gets to tell you how to live your life. Nobody else gets to tell you what you prioritize. You get to prioritize what you need. You get to prioritize what allows you to open up to your truth. What allows the truth to come to the surface once you find out what that truth is, you get to decide who has access to it. You get to decide how it is expressed. This is all stuff that you get to decide. And we live in a world where everybody wants to put everything into AI. Look, I want to do it too. I really want to put lots of things into AI. But the truth is, it doesn't come out with anything really that a human would want. I'll be honest, I use it to create show notes for the podcast, because not many people read the show notes, but it's great to have it there. It saves me time. I'm doing this as a side hustle, so I gotta be efficient, you knout we we think that we can just outsource our life we you can't outsource your life purpose to chat GPT, because it's up to you and your life experiences, and we have to remember that.
So that was the Hierophant card, which is all about just questioning who, who am I listening to? What systems and what gurus and leaders Am I listening to and what is their agenda here? Because I need to understand the context of that. So just taking the advice and the guidance that you hear with a pinch of salt, mine included, by the way, if you hear what I'm saying and you're like that doesn't resonate, don't go along with it like you, there's absolutely no judgment here. There's no way that my messages can resonate with every single person who's listening and that I totally respect people who don't go along with everything I say, because I'm only one person, in fact, that brings me nicely to something I wanted to mention in this episode, which is, if I am saying things and you think I haven't quite fully articulated a point, or if it sparked something that you like, a different perspective, that you would like to share, then please leave a comment. I didn't this is totally new to me, that on Spotify, you can leave comments on podcasts. The last time I recorded a podcast, I didn't know that that was a thing. So if there's some sort of message or wisdom coming through for you, please leave a comment so that other people can access that wisdom. Or if you're part of Patreon, come in and do it there. Because, like I say, I'm only one person, and this is, this is intuitive Tarot for the collective so I really value any wisdom or insights that you have on the topics that we're speaking about. I know that there are lots of other tarot readers who listen. I know there's psychics who listen. If there's anything that you want to add, please don't feel as though you're stepping on my toes, come in the more the merrier and see whatever you feel needs to be communicated, and hopefully the right person will find it.
I asked the cards for how you could interpret the truth in your body, because it can be quite hard to kind of like intuition. It's very unique to every person. How do you see what your intuition is like? How do you how do you communicate, or how do you recognize it when it appears? And how do you not dismiss it as another thing? You might have an intuitive feeling that you should phone a friend, but then you might say, Oh no, that's just because I saw her name written down somewhere earlier. That's not my intuition. So how do you know what's intuition? What's chance? What's just your brain? And I asked the cards about how, how we could recognize truth and pull the knight of pentacles. So I think the real, the word that's coming through for me here is curious. It's curiosity. And I think there's, there's, there's two parts to it here. The first part is to get curious about your own energy. And that means inviting stillness. That means, doesn't mean about going and learning to do energy work. It doesn't mean that you go and see a psychic, although you could do all that stuff. But what I'm what I'm really interested in, and you learn to do is sitting with your own energy. And you can do that in stillness or. All you need to do is put your phone off, close your eyes, make sure you can't be disturbed, sit in silence for as long as you possibly can, and really just feel into the sensations in your body, and you will start to feel over time. I guess I feel my energy as kind of like pins and needles. So it kind of feels like a fizzy, a fizzy energy. I guess I visualize all the little cells kind of like fizzing and popping, almost like rice krispies. That's how my energy feels to me. A lot of the time, when I sit and feel into it, I know that when that gets really, really poppy and like over the top, I'm like, wow, okay, I really need to bring myself down. I bring myself down so there's just, like, less pops, and it's just like, a little bit fuzzy, but yeah, the the first step is to get curious about your own energy. And you can't really do that when you're not allowing yourself time to be still.
And the other thing about curiosity was, when it comes to your truth, is that a lot of the time we don't allow ourselves to be curious in day-to-day life. So quite often, we're so busy and we're so we're so scared a lot of the time that we always default to something that we've done in the past. So we go to the same coffee shop, we get the same bus, leave, bus, leave bus. We leave work at the exact same time. We eat the same sandwich for lunch every day, or, you know, on rotation of the same four sandwiches. We go to the same hairdresser, we buy the same style of clothes. We just don't branch out and try new things at all because we're scared of disappointment. We don't have the money to burn. We just don't have the capacity to think of new ideas. And so the invitation here is to allow yourself to be curious, so you're not going to come up with new ideas, or, like, figure out new things by doing the same thing every day. It's like making these new choices to introduce new possibilities into your life. So for example, if you get the same bus home every day, so it's going to go down the same streets you've always been down, whereas if you take a different bus, or you take a different route, you maybe you walk home, or you bike home, you're automatically inviting new opportunities into your life because you're going a different way. So different things are going to happen. You're going to see different things. Your brain is going to be not in that default mode. So it's going to be open to new things and seeing new things and experiencing new things.
So the invitation around how to recognize your truth is to invite curiosity. Because I think often your truth, it's always there, but when we do the same things, day in day out, it gets covered in a layer of dust. Your truth is sitting there, and it's just been, like, covered in years of dust, and you're like, where did I put it again? Where is my truth? Where is it? Oh, I guess I don't have a truth. I guess I can't find it. No, it's there. It's there. And you just need to shake the dust off, doing new things and allowing curiosity, whether it's just like, Do you know what? I'm not gonna have ham cheese sandwich. I'm gonna see how I feel with a pasta salad. I'm just going to get curious, gonna get curious and see how that what I would feel like. And because it doesn't have to be in big, bold ways, it can just be in small ways. But reminding yourself that you have control over these little things can be really powerful on the larger scale, because you remind yourself that you have choice.
You remind yourself that life is something to be created. It shouldn't just be carrying you along. You get to co-create your life with the universe. One passed a salad at a time. And I also pulled the Empress again, which I think we pulled in episode one or two. So really nice to see that coming back again, because it's just confirming this path that you're on, which is a path of letting go of old identities, old parts of yourself that have long outstayed their welcome, long, long outstayed their welcome. So think about how you can release those parts, whether it's deleting someone's number off your phone, whether it's cancelling that you know, subscription to the Knitting magazine when you know you just don't care about knitting anymore, just cancel the subscription. Think about how you can start to release those old identities and make space to co-create this new version of you that's coming through because they're full of beans. This new version of you that's coming through is so youthful and energetic, and they're so open to new things, and they so believe in their own potential. So we need to in the same way that you would want. And nurture a kid who maybe has a new interest, you would, you know, get, let them get excited, and really kind of stoke the flames of that excitement and celebrate their lust for life, because you're moving into a second act, really a second act of your life that I don't think you, or anyone around you could have predicted, and it's really it's really beautiful. So that's the that's the energy update for today. There will be one more episode before the end of the year, so make sure you tune in for that one. And if you'd like access to all the bonus episodes. Remember, you can join the sunflowers and stars Patreon.
All the links are in the show notes and yet again, huge gratitude to you for being with me today. Can't tell you how much I love doing these readings and getting to connect with you all energetically. It just really makes me feel really good, and feels like I'm doing some good in the world. So take care, and I will talk to you very soon. Bye.
